Earlier this year one of our clients who works for Sport and Health Clubs contacted Kris asking if we could help find housing for some young men coming to the DC area to train for the NFL combine.

That venture did not work out in time for the 2013 draft, but another with the new Washington Spirit soccer club did.

This league does not pay high salaries so affordable housing for the players is a necessity.

We were able to set up a meeting with Steve Gurney, an expert in retirement living, who saw the benefit to seniors of vibrant athletes living in their community.
