In addition to the free home staging consultation, we will bring in a professional photographer to develop both photographs and a virtual tour. These will be posted along with your listing on the MLS.
From there, we will have automatic links so your listing is picked up by Realtor.com, Redfin, Zillow, HomesDatabase.com, and many more internet sites. These sites will have access to all information about your home in addition to the photos and virtual tour.
We will also develop brochures and Just-Listed post cards, hold a Brokers Open so other Realtors in the area can preview your home, and schedule the first round of open houses to find as many interested buyers as possible.
