Kris Walker started her real estate career in late 2005. She quickly transferred her ability to care for and to listen to people’s needs into a fast growing career.

In 2006 she was Weichert Realtors’ Rookie of the Year. Since then she has consistently been a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Multi Million Dollar Club.

In 2007, John joined Kris and The Walker Team was formed. Together they have helped over 200 families with their real estate transactions.

As of 2013, The Walker Team achieved Lifetime Top Producer status for the region and are in the top 1% of all realtors nationwide.

Kris & John have lived in Northern Virginia for over 35 years, so they are true Neighborhood Specialists! They know the local communities, home values and price trends.

She and her husband have three daughters who are very involved in athletics, which takes them all over Northern Virginia to attend their games.

Their daughters attend public and private schools in the area, and the family is actively involved in their local church and volunteering in the community.

Kris earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and her master’s degree from Georgetown University.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Kris is a NVAR Top Producer in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016,  2017 and 2018, and a member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The Washingtonian magazine has named Walker Team Realtors a 2018 Top Producer in the DMV.
