John started his real estate career in 2007. His 25 years working on Capitol Hill gave him top notch negotiating, managing and marketing skills.

These skills are now put to use marketing our clients homes, managing transactions and negotiating the best situations for our buyers and sellers.

Together with Kris, the Walker Team has helped over 200 families with their real estate transactions launching them into the top 1% of all realtors nationwide.

As of 2013, The Walker Team achieved Lifetime Top Producer status for the Northern Virginia Region.

He and his wife have three daughters who are very involved in athletics, which takes them all over Northern Virigina to attend their games.

Their daughters attend public and private schools in the area, and the family is actively involved in their local church and volunteering in the community.

John earned his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and his master’s degree from George Washington University.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

John is a NVAR Top Producer in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and a member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The Washingtonian magazine has named Walker Team Realtors a 2018 Top Producer in the DMV.
